Job Summary

1.RBAC wujin-branch PJ,including RBAC武进工厂项目，包含

-office relayout 办公室改造

-building renovation/improvement 建筑翻新 / 装修

-building extension 建筑延伸

-faclity hook-up in production 生产设备的二次配安装

2. Maintain and update RBAC Hookup specification.维护和更新RBAC二次配标准

3. Design equipment installation package, manage the technical portion in bidding out to suppliers to ensure a clear understanding on equipment hookup to all potential bidders.设计设备安装包，管理招标流程中的技术部分，以确保所有投标人清楚了解设备的连接需求。

1.Define the construction plan to meet the requirement in RBAC(Wujin-AE,Szh1 & other).制定符合 RBAC (Wujin-AE ， Szh1 等) 要求的施工计划。

2.Project package based on:

基于以下各项的项目组合

· Knowledge of various existing systems.

·了解各种现有系统

· Knowledge of M&E,civil work

· 机电及土建相关知识

3.Supervise the construction from start to finish to ensure a high quality construction within safety .

全程监督施工，确保在安全的情况下进行高质量的施工

4.Control construction schedule, cost to fulfill original plan

控制施工时间表，成本符合计划

5.Be able to work with system engineers or suppliers for the trouble-shooting, performing monitor to suppliers΄ work and follow BOSCH safety guidline in construction processing.

能够与系统工程师或供应商合作进行故障排除，对供应商的工作进行监控，并在施工中遵循 BOSCH 安全指南。

6.Coordinate,check and finish the additional work in projects

协调，检查并完成项目中的附加工作

7.Facility hookup for the production lines

8.Other task assigned by team leader or above

• Bachelor degree or above of M&E mangement ;

• At least 5 years of experience in facility management  or M&E installation;

• Good English communication; Communication skill; Auto CAD; Project management;Team work;
