• According to HSE regulation, make sure that there is zero safety accident while operation; 执行公司安全、环境及卫生规章制度，确保操作、运行无事故发生。
• Keep HVAC and its accessories, such as DDC, water system running well according to BOSCH standand and request from end user; Reduce downtime and cost; 根据BOSCH标准及终端用户的需求确保空调通风系统及其附属设施如中央控制系统、水系统等运行正常；降低停机时间及成本。
• Schedule and scope preventive maintenance for related facility equipment; Check, define and update work instruction and operation procedure for HVAC system; 制定并指导对空调通风系统进行高质量的定期保养；检查、制定并更新空调系统设备的操作指导手册及程序。
• Troubleshooting, proposal, continuous improvement activities for HVAC; Report facilty equipment status and problem monthly; 空调通风系统问题解决、对策、持续改进等；提供设备运行状况及存在问题的月度报告。
• Take right reaction immediately while emergency according to procedure and work instruction; 根据相关程序和指导迅速采取正确的应急反应措施。
• Suggestion and activity for energy saving; 积极就节能等方面提出相关建议并制定行动计划及执行。
• Manage projects to make sure that projects are implementted with high quality according to schedule and request. 项目管理并确保所管理项目根据计划和要求高质量地完成。
• Technical training and improvement for FCM technicians; 技术培训并提高FCM技术员的技术水平。
• Familiar with other related facility equipment about working status, parameter, etc; 熟悉其他相关设施设备的工作状态及参数等。
• Other related work assigned by FCM manger; FCM经理安排的其他相关任务

• Education:Bachelor degree or above of HVAC or M&E ; 空调专业本科或机电工程本科以上学历
• Working Experience：
  • 1. At least 5 years of experience in HVAC management; 5年以上的HVAC管理经验
  • 2．Have experience in project management; 有一定的项目管理经验
• Have high level in HVAC technicial and project management具有很好的空调通风技术及项目管理水平
• Advanced English and PC skill 具有良好的英文沟通能力和计算机水平。
