My client is a very stable ODM company, with headquarter in Hongkong, and manufacturing in Dongguan and Jiangsu. 2

• Manage the mechanical engineering team in product development from conceptual to design for manufacturing
• Develop the mechanical engineering team, including technology evaluation & reviews, process improvement, and coaching
• Provide technical support to the project team
• Good technical problem solving skill & lead a team of local engineers on daily mechanical engineering activities
• Support the project team and extended teams from cross-functional areas such as development, materials, manufacturing, testing and quality in mechanical engineering activity
• Liaison with customers and attending customer satisfactions on project issue

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years or above engineering and product development experience preferably in switching power supply
• Good knowledge of mechanical technology, such as mechanical properties of different materials, prototyping & rapid tooling, manufacturing of plastics & metals including tooling, molding, metal stamping & plating etc.
• Proficient in using CAD system, Pro/Engineer and Solidworks
• Good communication skill and interface with customers and molding factories
• Able to work under high pressure
• Can speak Chinese is a must
• Stationed in Shenzhen, China
