As a Mechanical Facilities Technician  your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Perform repair and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating, and cooling systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Maintain accurate records
• Assignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters
• Support factory tool install, de-install, and construction activities
• Cross-train in facilities operations and maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service

• Shift 7: (days backend) 6AM-6PM Thurs-Sat and alternating Wednesday days.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following:

• Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field with 6+ years of experience in maintenance, repair or install experience on industrial or commercial HVAC or exhaust systems.

• 8+ years of relevant maintenance, repair or install experience on industrial or commercial HVAC or exhaust systems.
