Purpose of the position

• Implementing cement and CS department plan and project
• Responsible for cement and CS supervise and trouble shooting

Key accountabilities of the position

• Execute cement project installation supervises and commissioning
• Execute CS upgrade installation supervises and commissioning
• Execute CS cement strategy and plans
• Deliver Flsmidth service to customer timely
• Deliver Flsmidth customer care, improve customer satisfactory continually
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Measurement / success criteria of the position

• Accomplishment cement CS target and customer satisfactory level

Key requirement for the position

• At least 5 years experience in cement plant
• Strong communication skill
• Having experience in MNC
• Familiar with FLS equipment will be a plus
• Willing to travel frequently.
• Good written English communication skill is a must
• Bachelor degree
