The maintenance engineer is responsible for performing Preventive Maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, repair, support new project commissioning, improving machinery equipment reliability and modification and preventive maintenance of maintenance equipment, hands-on experience with reciprocating, centrifugal, diaphragm and rotary compressor, centrifugal pump, vacuum pump, blower, gear box, piping, vessel, cold box, maintenance and troubleshooting, etc.

维修工程师负责执行预防性维修任务，排除故障，维修，支持新项目调试，提高机械设备可靠性，对维修设备进行改造和预防性维修，具有往复式、离心、隔膜和旋转压缩机、离心泵、真空泵、鼓风机、齿轮箱、管道、容器、冷箱、维修和排除故障的实际操作经验等等

RESPONSIBILITIES职责

• Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.

• Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.

• Responsible for maintenance for all rotating and static equipment such as: centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, cryogenic pumps, heater exchangers, pipelines, centrifugal expanders, varying from facilities.

• Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations.

• To be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all maintenance equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.

• Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.

• Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment.

• Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.

• Reporting-Time entry weekly, and assist supervisor to prepare technical reports.

• Educational: Diploma or ITE (2 years or 3 years) technical college holder in engineering discipline

The minimum working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical or textile/fiber industry manufacturing for the mechanical engineer/technician’s position are 8 years hand on experience in the field at some areas of reciprocating, rotating , centrifugal machinery ,pipe and welding techniques. The engineer/technician should be familiar with basic math, precision measuring, material of machinery, rigging, layout drawings and oxygen cleaning.
