1. 服从公司或上级领导的合理要求及安排，认真计划和安排自身工作任务，达到或超越每年关键绩效指标；

2. 严格执行公司安全政策和地方规范, 确保工厂范围内的所负责的生产设备安全和人员安全；

Strict implement company’ safety policies, work permits and local regulations, to ensure all plant area and own responsible area in safety manner for the people and equipment.

3. 建立相关设备资料文档，维修和保养工作的标准化，确保公司各生产部门设备正常运行

Develop relevant document and standardize the equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance SOP, keep all line and equipment in good operation conditions.

4. 负责和快速处理各类机械故障，及时分析故障原因并予以改善，认真执行维修部门日常工作中的各项管理；

Take leader on all equipment troubleshooting, analyze the equipment failures time to time and improve, implement the routine jobs in the maintenance team which given by supervisor.

5. 负责建立设备培训文件，组织培训技术员，提高维修技术员的维修能力；

Responsible to develop training documents and train the technician in the team, lift up the team skills

6. 持续改善和成本节约项目的开发，组织和执行；

Continuous develop and implement the manufacturing cost saving project, meet the target of the saving.

7. 开发和执行旨在提高工厂的生产，工艺，安全和设备稳定性的改进项目；

Develop and implement new projects to improve the production, process, safety and equipment reliability in the plant.

主要工作内容：

1. 持续改进设备和操作的安全性；

Continue improve the equipment safety for operating and maintenance

2. 工厂生产线的日常机械维护和设备管理，分析设备失效模式和改进机会，持续降低停机率；

Equipment reactive and preventative maintenance management, FMEA analyze for improvement opportunity, keep reduce the down time

3. 维修备件的消耗分析，改善和平衡备件的安全库存和费用控制；

Spare parts consumption monitoring and analyze, improve and balance the parts safety stock and inventory costs.

4. 设备故障分析和重点改善；随时支持维修和生产团队的技术问题及现场指导；

Focused Improvement for critical equipment problems, technical support for maintenance and production, hands on behavior to resolve the issues

5. 参与生产部门和维修部门管理系统，如WCM， PMS， TPM等；

Involve all maintenance and production management system, such as WCM, PMS, TPM activities.

6. 驱动各类成本节约项目；

Drive relevant cost saving, sustainability projects.

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历, 机械或机电一体化专业；挤出、吹塑行业优先考虑

Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and/or mechatronics, plastic industrial technical education is preferred

2. 具有较强的机械技术背景和经验，制图软件熟练并擅长设备设计,开发和改进；

With strong mechanical technology and experience, good at different design software, and skilled on equipment develop, improvement design,

3. 熟悉和了解外企工作要求，了解WCM/LEAN/TPM等体系，挤塑/注塑相关行业设备维修经验优先考虑；

Familiar with foreign company working requirements, understand or good at WCM, LEAN, TPM ect, plastic industrial company experience is preferred.

4. 熟悉维修工作重点，具备维修团队管理经验；

Understand maintenance work key points, with adequate maintenance team management skill and experience.

5. 英语书写与口语熟练, 现场动手能力熟练；办公自动化熟练；

Adequate English writing and speaking, be able to work with oversea team. Strong hands on behaviors, familiar with office tools.

6. 能及时支持工厂设备维修，接受24小时待命的工作方式，家庭居住地与公司距离合理；

Able to support equipment emergency trouble-shootings, willing for 24h standby work type, reasonable distance from home to company location.
