This role will lead a team for product mechanical design and packaging design, be responsible for project execution with high design quality and on time delivery;

Lead design team on customer requirement collation, translating business language to technical language;

Lead and guide team in the assigned project to drive all design deliverables, including drawings, simulations, testing, design review, etc;

Technical review with cross function team to ensure the new product delivery with high quality, drive technology and products innovation;

Responsible for team capability build up.

Reqiurements

Bachelor in packaging / paper / materials application and MBA is preferred;

10+ years working experience with technical role and at least 2 years team management role;

Understand necessary design tools: AutoCAD，UG, SolidWorks, Pro-E, Artios CAD, Auto CAD; Be familiar with materials:

Metal, plastic material and mold, understand the pulp molding (pulp), the production technology of the blister;

Knowledgeable of structural mechanics, applied mechanics for mechanics analysis and solution optimization;

Technical & professional knowledge: Know-how of packaging / paper / materials application; skills in project management / understanding consumer, market and customer needs;

Outstanding communication skills; Strong organizational and leadership skills;

Good communication level in English speaking and writing.
