After a scheduled middle term period of internal training with the Headquarters, be accountable to facilitate the implementation in China of the production lines and to share competencies among the Chinese organization.

Accountable for process control and process improvement among assembly phases, laser marking, laser welding, functional and leakage test.

Perform periodic durability test as metallography and burn test for valves.

Accountable for equipment standard of use and maintenance for manual and/or high automation tools

Be involved for analysis, preventive and corrective action among defectiveness coming from the production lines and from the field

Supporting Quality and Purchasing Department on improving material Supply Chain or scouting new vendors

Manage and follow up Product Life Change Management of the products

In charge of training to operators and maintainers

Education

Mechanical Bachelor degree or above

Working experience

Experiences at mechanical (micro mechanical, not heavy mechanical), assembly or metalworking companies

Experience on laser welding and Helium leakage test as preferred

Skill & Knowledge

Requested ability to read and understand mechanical drawing, basic PLC programming Skills

Microsoft tool skills

English, good written and spoken
