Mechanical Product Sales Manager

Job Description
Responsible for market development in target regions (such as the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, etc.), and develop new customers through exhibitions, industry conferences, online platforms and other channels.
Maintain existing customer relationships, handle order execution, after-sales issues and complaints.
Sales strategy execution
Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve the sales and collection targets assigned by the company.
Analyze competitive product dynamics and market trends, and provide targeted competitive strategies.
Business process management
Lead business negotiations, contract signing and delivery follow-up, coordinate technical, logistics and other departments to ensure project implementation.
Participate in overseas bidding, responsible for bid translation and technical docking.
Cross-cultural collaboration
Adapt to overseas business trips or long-term assignments, coordinate local dealers and agency channels.
Organize and participate in marketing activities such as overseas exhibitions and industry forums.
Job requirements
Basic conditions
Age 25-40 years old, bachelor degree or above (mechanical, international trade, foreign language majors are preferred), more than 3 years of mechanical product sales experience.
Hold a valid local driver's license and be able to independently complete customer visits and business trips [[User needs]].
Professional ability
Familiar with mechanical products (such as construction machinery, mining equipment, automation equipment, etc.) and industry standards, and have the ability to interpret technical solutions.
Proficient in English, mastering minority languages (such as Spanish, Russian, Arabic, etc.) is preferred.
Soft quality
Have market sensitivity, good at exploring customer needs and negotiation skills.
Strong stress resistance, adapt to working across time zones and short-term high-frequency business trips.
