This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead a team including 4 mechanical engineers. Lead the team to complete >=2 large customized product development project and >=4 small customized product development project every year. Lead the team to support VAVE target every year. Lead the team to complete the sustaining including customer complaint, manufacture issue and supplier issue etc. Evaluates project or work investment including resource, schedule, and budget. Manages people resource and task on every NPD project and work. Coach the member to solve the difficulty during the work. Organizes training activities, develops team competency and improves work efficiency and design quality. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor's or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master degree is preferred; Over 6 years power electronic product development experience, over 2 years engineering team leader or manager experience; Familiar with mechanical design knowledge, UPS related product experience is preferred; Familiar with product development process; Excellent management skill; Excellent communication skill; Skillful English speaking and writing; Yes!
