looking for a strong executor to support our Consumer marketing team with
media planning and media operations management. As a member of the North
American marketing team, your role will have a direct impact in all phases of
the customer journey, from brand engagement through demand generation
marketing.
Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with Consumer marketing managers to ensure alignment in
marketing, product, and sales activities.
•Lead the planning and execution of breakthrough media programs, with a focus
on digital engagement marketing, through close collaboration with
creative/content lead and respective agencies.
•Guide an agency team in developing media strategies, identifying optimal
media mix, and evaluating media plans, including overall media budget.
•Manage paid media budgets to ensure optimal buying and accurate
implementation of co-marketing funds.
•Content review, creation and activation within the media.
•Identify, develop and manage direct relationships with key media and tech
partners on behalf of Lenovo.
•Monitor performance of programs to optimize performance, and develop insights
on best practice.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of digital media plans against goals to drive
significant growth in awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
•Collaborate with internal media and social marketing teams from the Worldwide
Marketing teams.
•Strong understanding of how media campaigns are tagged correctly, KPIs are
set up, and proper reporting & optimization of all media campaigns is
occurring.
Evaluate the media landscape to stay current on media behavior and brand
needs.
#### Position Requirements:
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
•3-5 years of experience in an agency or client-side media buying team.
•Proven expertise in key digital media disciplines / tools, with an
understanding of best practices within areas such as sponsored & branded
content programs, display advertising, SEM/SEO, integrated marketing
campaigns, social media marketing, native and influencer/advocate programs.
•Strong project management skills, as you will be responsible for budget and
compliance management.
•Experience in effectively managing and executing online media budgets.
Strong understanding of media marketplace trends, including programmatic media
& tech landscape.
•Proven understanding of media planning and/or buying and advertising campaign
development.
•Traditional advertising, publishing, broadcast media and/or product marketing
experience a plus.
•Highly results driven, organized and detail-oriented.
•Must have strong analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate
metrics and impact of digital initiatives.
•Understanding of tagging tools, best practices, taxonomy, and governance.
•Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex or technical
concepts to a non-technical business audience.
•Ability to execute in the short term, fast-paced environment while designing
for the future.
