Media Optimization Manager, Ecommerce

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold
- Implementing the Paid Media strategy for Northern Europe (mainly Paid Social, Display & Retargeting)
- Optimizing performance & return of media investments
- Managing relationships internally & externally with agencies and other regions
- Cross-market activation through our hub organization across UK, Benelux, DACH, Eastern Europe
Media Campaigns Execution
- Implement media campaigns brief in close collaboration with media planner
- Manage relationship with agencies to implement digital campaigns via Paid Social, Display & Retargeting and offline as well.
- Opportunities to take over lead roles within the team in terms of channels, regional media expertise or key projects.
- Monitor and track media performance and suggest optimizations.
- Readapt campaigns based on flows, demand and destination needs.
- Implement specific actions plans in collaboration with NE ecommerce and marketing teams
Budget & reporting
- Analyze and report on media performance at trading meeting, create relevant action plans when needed.
- Manage and optimize attributed marketing budgets ensuring spend is delivering targeted ROIs.
- Collaborate and liaise with central teams and other hubs to optimize marketing campaigns under your responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Paid Media Campaigns
- Preferably strong Paid social expertise and agency background
- Experience in Retargeting would be a plus
- Excellent commercial acumen, with a data driven, results-orientated approach
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & generate learnings for future campaigns
- Strong influencing/consensus building, interpersonal and communication skills.
Your profile? A university graduate with a business degree or equivalent with at least 2/3 years in a similiar role. Experience of working in a matrixed organisation and cross country colloboration is highly desirable!
