Media and Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • To lead strategy development, planning and execution of brand media plans (including but not limited to ATL and Digital) that will drive delivery of business and marketing objectives
  • To lead the best in class development & execution of corporate digital platform plans (i.e. social media, social listening and youtube) with clear linkage to E-commerce and CRM to complete consumer journey and achieve / exceed the agreed KPI’s & ROI targets
  • To guide & direct the brand marketing team and partner agencies to execute their media/digital campaigns delivering against brand objectives, in line with ANI & local regulatory policies.
  • Monitor and analyze digital KPI’s competitive activity to recommend corrective actions and / or opportunities to over deliver.
  • Drive digital transformation in the organization which includes helping build marketing team’s digital capability

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Contributes as an active member of the Adult / Pediatric marketing team to drive & exceed KPIs and business goals
  • Have profound understanding of the consumer media/digital journey and how to leverage the media/digital touchpoints to deliver incremental reach, higher traffic / conversion to e-commerce and level up CRM registration and conversion
  • Lead social media community management for corporate and brands
  • Accurately measures, analyzes and reports performance; continually assessing the relevance and value of digital corporate platforms and brand campaigns
  • Be the primary point of contact in managing media agency partners and drive process improvement to improve media and digital execution as needed
  • Develop partnership with media/digital agencies and vendors (such as Google and Facebook) and regularly evaluate & assess their performance on their ability to recommend solutions amidst new opportunities or challenges
  • Manages the media /digital corporate marketing budget with rigorous tracking & prioritization to deliver on business plan commitments. Includes negotiations, optimization and initiation of test plans
  • Interacts well internally and externally with executive level management and mindset to build capability to drive digital transformation for ANI PH organization

Position Accountability / Scope

  • Internal:  Finance, Trade Sales, Ethical Sales, Regulatory, General Management, Brand marketing teams
  • External:  Agency, Suppliers, Doctors, Key Account teams, Market Analytics

Minimum Education

  • Must have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business. 

Minimum Experience/Training Required

  • At least 8 years experience in brand/digital marketing or media management (planning and execution, ATL and digital).  Experience in managing agencies & multifunctional teams is a must. 
  • Proven success record in digital marketing and digital sales capability
  • Strong leadership with demonstrated financial, analytic and organization management skills
