Manage and respond to claims enquiry from group policyholder, agent, broker, member as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor, manage and reply email to group policyholder, agent, broker, member through HKCS EB Claims mailbox.
• Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis.
• Assess and finalize the outpatients and inpatient hospitalization claims.
• Ensure meeting personal quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
• To carry with positive attitude, team spirit to achieve technical and productivity target.
• Assisting team members within the team as and when required.   
• Assisting other departments on general administration as and when required.
• Complete assign task within the target completion date.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science related field such as Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Medicine, Food Science, and Nutrition required.

• Experience: 2-5 year working experience in Medical Claims in Insurance Industry

• Language: Spoken and written in Chinese and English

• Experience: Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

• Self-motivated and customer orientated.

• Sound problem solving.

• Time management skills.

• Computer literate in MS Office.

• Able to commit for long working hour including weekend and public holiday.
