Job Description

Purpose:

The Purpose of the Medical-Coordinator is to provide secretarial and administrative support to function.


Responsibilities:

Secretarial and administrative support:

1, Providing Secretarial and administrative support to Team.

2, Providing logistic support for staff and internal/external visitors, meeting room, telecom and others.

3, Helping team member to do some projects. Like some off-site meeting.(online-offline project support)

4, Good prepare before new staff’s broad.

Financial support in Medical Department:

1, Successfully completing monthly expense report and third payment, and check expense report carefully, hope to reduce the quantity of reject list.

2, Help manager to control and track OPEX within the plan.

Others:

1, Some other assigned roles, e.g., compliance tracking et al.

2, Provide logistic support to librarian and/or archivist


基本资格要求:

1, College degree or above.

2, Ability to build relationship with team members, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

3, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4, Accountability and Responsibility.

5, Strong implementation skill.

6, Self-motivated and diligent

7, Required English level—Business fluency in speaking, reading and writing Proficient in Microsoft office (e.g. Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)


Other Information/Additional Preferences:

Project management skills is preferred

To achieve innovation and creativity in cross functional tasks
