Key Responsibilities Include: Medical Affairs - Provide full assistance to Medical Affairs team Provide assistance with Medical MAPs ( Master approval process system) Support with medical educational activities & events organization and coordination Support with preparation and archiving of Medical Affairs documentation Maintain assigned Medical databases on the server and ensure they are up-to-date Track/review promotional materials for accuracy of product information Support for slides preparation, short translations, presentation design and etc. Assist Medical Affairs team for systems maintenance, i.e. TESLA, VEEVA and etc. Coordinate business travels related logistics for Medical Affairs team in Lithuania Provide personal assistance to affiliate Medical Director Other Operaitons: Act as Grants and Donations secretary in Lithuania Qualifications Main Requirements: Education: University Degree 2 - 3 years of previous experience as assistant preferably in an international company (including work with company provided systems, databases, documents preparations) Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (written & spoken) Ability to adapt to changes, communicate effectively and work in a team, meet internal and external customers’ needs, deadlines, innovate, demonstrate integrity, reliability and trust, prioritization of assigned tasks, and to utilize office technology and demonstrate practical knowledge of information systems management. *** Only short-listed candidates will be notified*** Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
