•  Maintain right Inventory level for business in Hong Kong (several franchises)
• Monitoring accuracy of the sales forecast
• Improve Customer Order fulfilling rate
• Implement effective Supply Planning Management
• Cost reducing
• Run effective S&OP meeting
• Prepare Inventory Budgeting
• Monitor New Product Launch Project (Phase in & Phase out plan)

Essential duties and responsibilities:

•  Ensure sufficient product supply with the right level of inventory (DOS). Foresee supply issues and communicate to commercial team in a timely manner.
• Follow up the forecast with business units and communicate the market status to regional team.
• Monitor the accuracy of the forecast and improve the forecasting process for effective inventory management
• Run S&OP with business units about budgeting forecast, New Product Launch, Phase in & Phase out plan and provide data with feedback to regional team
• Cost saving including but not limited to act on preventive actions to avoid keeping slow moving, obsolete or excess inventory (ESO). 
• Provide ESO analysis to business unit and working for reduction plan
• Timely review the reorder level (ROP) of the inventory with business teams to support for update market trends
• Monitor and align with business teams to maintain the right level of consignment inventory at customers 
• Evaluate the root cause of customer back orders and carry out corrective action to improve the situation
• Comply with integrity and compliance standards
• Follow up the delivery status with regional team especially on those urgent requirements 

• Degree or above in business / logistics / Supply Chain
• Minimum 4-6 years solid and reputable experience in customer service, supply planning and inventory management
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Advanced level in Excel application is a must
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
