(職務内容）

Japan EOR, Head of AZSS operations is a leadership member of EOR and leading AZSS operations team that includes Evidence Delivery Leader(EDL) and Evidence Delivery Operation Specialist(EDOS), who has the ownership and accountability to ensure the effective delivery and management of entire AZSSs planned and delivered in Japan.

Accountabilities
• Establish AZSS operations organization and ensure the sufficient RWE/Project Management capabilities and capacity
• Hold the ownership of the entire delivery of AZSS, and accountable for the study feasibility, progress, financial expense and the quality of the delivered evidence as per the agreed standards
• Accountable for planning and controlling the entire evidence plans and budgets to support EORD and TA heads, and managing the accurate inputs/updates to the business planning (RBU2/LRP/PB)
• Establish collaborative relationships with Local R&D, Medical, Marketing, Regional teams, Other Marketing Companies and Global MEOR to develop AstraZeneca’s approach to meet the evidence needs
• Hold the shared-responsibility in developing organization strategy and capabilities

Director of AZSS operations will report to EOR director.

≪必須≫

• > 3years Clinical Project Leader experience
o Track records in successful planning and delivery of clinical programs with multiple trials for regulatory submissions
• Line management experience or track record in developing high performing people / team

• Clinical Project Leader/Study Leader experience
• Working both in R&D and Medical (>3 years each)
• Working experience outside Japan

• Master degree in a scientific discipline
