(職務内容）

Evidence Delivery Operation Specialist (EDOS) is the Operational Project Management role to drive effective delivery of AstraZeneca Sponsored Studies(AZSSs)/Externally Sponsored Researches(ESRs) to time, cost, quality and expected values

Strategic Evidence Planning
• EDOS contributes the cross functional strategic evidence planning and Business Planning Process so that the Evidence Generation costs are properly forecasted, phased and managed

Study Delivery Operations
• Lead all operational aspects of AZSSs/ESRs delivery from planning through outcome reporting/publication and study close-out activities
• Provide operational project management expertise to achieve strategic aim/objectives and facilitate progress / risk management via “planning & control meetings” to ensure the delivery to plans (Time, cost, quality, value)
• Apply best practices and standards including process, technology, knowledge and frameworks related to Study Delivery to drive operational effectiveness

Senior EDOS
On top of all above, Senior EDOS should be able to manage following;
• Lead and establish process & operations based on lessons learnt and best practices across AZ
• Provide operational oversights to other EDOS, step in to resolve un-common/difficult issues when needed
• Representing AZSS Operations to lead the business planning & control activities with oversight of the group heads
• Other necessary tasks and operations for EOR to manage including CONTRIBUTIONS in reviewing, contracting, paying tasks for contribution activities including management of related systems and outsourcing vendors

EDOS will be reporting to Director of AZSS/ESR Operations

■経験

≪必須≫

• > 3years Clinical development experience as CRAs or equivalent
• Experience working with CROs for clinical studies
≪歓迎≫

• Clinical Project Leader/Study Leader experience
• Working both in R&D and Medical (>3 years each)
• Line management experience
• Working experience outside Japan

■資格

≪必須≫

• Bachelor degree in a scientific discipline
≪歓迎≫

• Master, PhD  in a scientific discipline or MD or MPH
• Project management certification

■能力

≪必須≫

• Clinical Study Delivery
• Project Management
• External Service Provider (i.e. CROs) Management

• Leadership & Communication
• Study Design, Statistics and Epidemiology
• Medical writing & Scientific Publication

■語学

≪必須≫

• Practical English communication skill with AZ speaking level 7/TOEIC 700
