Job Profile Summary:
This project is a 2-years’ assignment reporting to the Head of Function (Medical & Regulatory Affairs Director)

Cluster of 12 Countries namely: Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Yemen, Algeria, Morocco & Tunisia
Key areas of responsibility:
- Leads a project for the integration of Medical Governance/Compliance Function between two clusters/territories.
- Work on the alignment of Medical Governance/Compliance processes, Policies, SOPs and systems between the two clusters.
- To achieve this, the candidate needs to understand the Medical Governance Framework, codes of pharmaceutical practices, code of ethics, mother company Policies and SOPs
- The candidate also needs to understand how the function is managed in both clusters, understand the differences and compare between both then come with an action plan to align both clusters in one coherent function
- Execute the alignment plan which also should include enhancement of Medical Governance Function to meet the company’s needs
- The candidate may need to align or develop Standard Operating Procedures in both English & French.
- The project is a 2-year assignment
Minimum Criteria, Competencies & Personal Attributes:
- Bachelor Degree (preferred from life sciences, pharmacy, biology, management, law, etc..)
- Since one cluster is dominated by English and the other is dominated by French, candidate must be fluent in English and French both written and spoken and be able to translate some documents.
- Work experience of 2-6 years’ preferably in compliance, control function, governance function, quality function, any job with responsibility to control, review or approve activities.
- Meticulous, looks at details, resilient and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills to be able to communicate with different clusters, different departments and different cultures.
- Can work by his/her own and can work in groups/teams
