1.在指定区域的目标医院中进行专业拜访和学术研讨活动，并达到公司要求。同当地医院的客户发展建立专业学术影响关系；
主动参与专业技能及知识的学习，并达到公司要求，同时能有效地运用上述技能及知识于日常学术推广活动中；
及时了解并收集客户疾病诊疗及品牌使用信息，按要求准时并如实地递交各种报表；
2.积极参与公司的各种业务会议及团队建设，与团队共享专业推广经验、心得及市场信息，协助主管实现团队目标；
3.按要求及时准确录入相关信息，协助主管或经理确保系统的有效运作，并能够在数量及质量上得到检查及评估；
4.协助主管/经理确保每个品牌的学术研讨活动与市场发展策略紧密相连；
5.执行主管/经理制定的地区业务计划，制定并不断改进指定区域的业务计划；
6.确保所有承担的活动完全符合公司的政策及质量标准，符合中华人民共和国的法律法规及其他相关的行为准则。

Qualifications

1.本科或以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业优先,
2.两年及以上外资制药公司销售经验，有大客户管理，肿瘤等特药及专科产品推广相关经验优先
3.既往业绩优秀，良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力
23.热爱销售工作，富有责任心，能承受工作压力，对自身职业发展有所诉求
