Medical Affairs Manager – Oncology-Lung
The role:
The positon holder will be responsible for full scope of Medical Affairs tasks in his/her therapeutical area.
Main responsibilities:
- Local medical strategy and tactics in alignment with CE
- Member of Medical Management team
- Represent Country on medical issues of the relevant TA
- Initiate and coordinate improvement initiatives
- Provide local resource forecasting
- Plan and execute country projects in Medical Affairs
- Provide professional medical support:
- Maintain an effective medical information system for both internal and external customers
- Develop and maintain a good partnership with KEEs within relevant TA
- Organize and present medical training for the marketing department
- Organizing and active participation in external medical activities
- Provide medical input to all promotional activity
- Preparation and management of non-interventional, RWE studies, ESRO and patient registries and risk management plans related to specific drugs
- Take active role in Corporate Governance related activities, gain and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and ethical environment of the relevant areas
- Leadership on medical aspects of integrity.
Education:
- University degree in Medical or Pharmacy
Professional experience:
- Min 5 years’ experience in multinational pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in medical role and preferably knowledge of Oncology
Advantage:
- Insight into product development from discovery to product launch
- Sound experience in medical affairs and drug safety
- Experience in Matrix Management
- Preferably additional qualification in relevant TA
- Marketing/sales experience/knowledge

Language skills:
- Fluent Hungarian and English both in written and spoken language
