Job Description
■職務内容

Headquarters-based position responsible for developing and enabling their Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to establish scientific leadership of AstraZeneca and build professional relationships with healthcare professionals. Acts as a leader and manager to MSL, providing training to MSL and implementing internal standards and processes. Core member of One Brand Team (OBT) and contributes to planning and execution of AstraZeneca corporate and brand medical strategies in priority disease areas. Works closely with the medical and commercial team including sales team.

【経験】

<必須>

Understanding of multiple aspects of Medical
Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management
Project management experience
Experience of Medical Affairs function within related-disease are in pharmaceutical industry 

<歓迎>

Previous team management experience
Extensive knowledge of the latest technical and regulatory developments
 

【資格】

<必須>

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (ex: Medicine, Pharmacy or disease related science) and/or extensive experience within Medical (ie MSL, MAA)

<歓迎>

Masters degree/PhD in a scientific discipline or MD and extensive experience within Medical and previous team management experience
Qualified Doctor or PhD  in a scientific discipline

Excellent Scientific knowledge
Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships

MSL experience more than three years senior MSL experience
