■職務内容
Headquarters-based position responsible for developing and enabling their Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to establish scientific leadership of AstraZeneca and build professional relationships with healthcare professionals. Acts as a leader and manager to MSL, providing training to MSL and implementing internal standards and processes. Core member of One Brand Team (OBT) and contributes to planning and execution of AstraZeneca corporate and brand medical strategies in priority disease areas. Works closely with the medical and commercial team including sales team.

<必須>
Understanding of multiple aspects of Medical function
Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management
Project management experience
Experience working in Oncology area

Experience working in Urology area
Previous team management experience
Extensive knowledge of the latest technical and regulatory developments
Experience of Medical Affairs or R&D function within related-disease in pharmaceutical industry
Experience working on designing, planning or execution of investigator/company sponsored trials or R&D-led clinical trials
【資格】
<必須>
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (ex: Medicine, Pharmacy or disease related science) and/or extensive experience within Medical (ie MSL, MA)

Masters degree/PhD in a scientific discipline or MD
Qualified Doctor or PhD in a scientific discipline

Excellent Communication Skills with internal and external stakeholders
Analytical skill and Strategic Planning
Excellent knowledge in medicine and science
