Job Duties:

• Perform medical review of the scientific, promotional and non-promotional materials for pre-launch, launch and in-line Therapeutic Areas/Products to ensure the clinical relevance and medical accuracy of information in promotional materials, external communications and sales training content
• To provide scientific advice to marketing team to optimize promotional messaging based on scientific evidence and clinical context in alignment with local SOP
• Coordinate among MSD Hong Kong, HQ and local/regional legal counsel to manage company risk caused by promotional materials
• When required, conduct Medical Review Relevant Regulation/Policy/Procedure/Process/System Trainings for relevant colleague
• Compose/Maintain/update SOPs/ERs/WIs as appropriate for local medical review
• Provide Medical Review relevant metric/reports
• When required, prepare metrics reports for internal stakeholders and provide feedback on issues and trends
• Provide support to facilitate operation of local data generation activities

• B.Sc or B Pharm required with strong emphasis in science and/or biology
• Excellent oral and written English communication and able to communicate effectively and accurately at all levels
• Demonstrate strong familiarity of internal and external Medical Information resources and databases
• Clear understanding of MSD Corporate Policy/Procedure, local regulation
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proactively contributes to a positive team attitude and highly productive teamwork environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage workload peaks, deadlines or other stresses independently with professionalism
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills
• Able to priorities duties
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously, when required
• Awareness of digital innovation
• Literacy on computer operation, particularly with Microsoft applications
