Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and manage the daily operation of the medical records services
• Ensure Health information and records are being assessed, stored and used in ways that complies with the requirements of relevant legislations and regulations
• Monitor and enhance the quality of health information and records by implementation of quality assurance programmes, including documentation standard and management
• Liaise with other departments and hospitals on area related to health information & records management
• Manage and Monitor the Data Access Requests from patients and third parties in compliance with PD(P)O
• Monitor and support the development of electronic health record sharing system (eHRSS) within hospital
• Stakehold the hospital-wide Data Control and analysis of information systems for hospital management
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements:

• Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, Public Health or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ related experience in information and record management or nursing administration
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Preferable Attributes:

• Master Degree in Health Information Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical coding, ICD-10 Clinical Classification System with completion of a recognized ICD-10 coding course or other relevant related qualification
• Experience in health records administration & Management, hospital statistic and health informatics
