Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Attain or exceed agreed sales targets and market share for defined territory
• Effectively implement and execute S&T call plan and Territory actions
• Build sustainable relationships with Doctors; Pharmacists; Nursing staff, Healthcare Specialists, Wholesalers KOLs
Operational responsibility:
Promotional Activities & TAP:
- Effectively promote AZ products in accordance with AZ business strategy, ethical standards & approved TAP through: commercial visits, round tables, conferences, congresses and seminars with healthcare professionals
- Regularly update and upgrade customers’ database on the defined territory
- Provide regular feedback on client contacts and commercial activities to FLSM and team members
- Sustain and communicate excellent knowledge of Product, Disease and Competitors
- Monitor, suggest and implement appropriate actions to enhance performance
- Conduct healthcare professionals profiling
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Work with FLSM to assess territory sales performance and market trends
Administration:
- Ensure timely reporting of all activities in Veeva CRM.
- Conduct analysis, planning and implementation of regular reporting in the own daily activities
- Timely prepare and submit financial and administrative reports following corporate and local law standards
Corporate responsibility:
- Follow rules & norms set by corporate policies of AstraZeneca (Pharm Code, SHE SOP and other SOPs) that the MR was acknowledged about.
- As representing AstraZeneca for the customers, follow business etiquette and dress-code according to AstraZeneca image and obligations

Education and Certification requirements
- 2 to 5 years of sustained successful pharmaceutical sales experience preferably in vaccine
Job specific technical Skills
- Good selling skills, excellent knowledge of selling techniques is a benefit
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to easily understand scientific materials (knowledge of AstraZeneca products is a benefit)
- Strong influencing and organizational skills
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Presentation skills.
- Emotional intelligence.
Desirable
- Neonatology business experience.
- Vaccination and immunization business experience.
