As MSL, Haematology your core focus will be to maximise Amgen’s value proposition through first-class medical and scientific engagement including projects, services, scientific programs, and expertise with Multiple Myeloma and Acute lymphoblastic Leukaemia across NSW, QLD and ACT. This is a role where, as part of a cross functional team, you are given autonomy to build relationships and make a difference with the best and brightest in the field with therapies that bring hope and the potential to change lives.
Responsibilities include:
Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, key stakeholders, advocacy, and access enablers
Execute scientific engagement plans according to annual MSL goals and metrics
Support speaker training as requested and ensure speakers are updated on new data
Participate in project teams that support MSL strategies and tactics as delegated by MSL leadership
Lead and support congress activities aligned with strategy
Maintain clinical acumen and expertise and timely completion of assigned training. May serve as a training lead.

To be considered you must have a strong background and Scientific expertise/ experience in the Haematology therapeutic area – Multiple Myeloma and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
Doctoral Degree or master’s degree in Sciences
At least three years in a medical science liaison role
Five or more years focused on clinical practice, clinical research, or medical research. Experience in a medical-related field, this can include post-doctoral training (i.e., residencies and/or fellowships)
Network of customer contacts across Australia favourable
Knowledge of regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal and compliance environment
Valid driver's licence, Work rights and residency in Australia mandatory
