• 通过菌落形态和MALDI-TOF质朴测试识别有机体（好氧菌和厌氧菌）的属与种；
• 执行抗菌敏感性测试方法，包括肉汤微稀释、电子测试和圆盘扩散；
• 执行必要的质量控制程序，合理评估质控数据，并根据需要实施并记录纠正措施；
• 负责文档管理以及常规实验室系统操作；
• 确保报告的实验室数据的有效性。

基本要求：

• 学士学位
• 至少3年诊断或临床微生物学经验，包括微生物学实验室的实验知识；
• 广泛了解药物治疗技术；
• 熟悉影响临床实验室试验结果的分析前变量；
• 了解疾病过程，并清楚其和与临床实验室数据的相关性；
• 良好的英语书写和口语能力。

Medpace has established laboratories in the USA, Europe, Singapore, and China. Our services continue to expand, with the introduction of new laboratory capabilities in all our global locations. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Technologist (Microbiology) to join our Medpace Reference Laboratory team in China, Shanghai. This position plays a pivotal role in research based drug development within the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities

• Perform low, moderate, and high-complexity clinical testing following applicable SOPs;
• Set up and read microbiology cultures including urine, respiratory, wound, and stool specimens;
• Set up and read Gram stains;
• Identify organisms (aerobes and anaerobes) to genus and species by colony morphology and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry testing;
• Perform antimicrobial susceptibility testing methods including broth microdilution, E-test, and disk diffusion;
• Perform necessary quality control procedures, properly evaluate control data, and implement and document corrective action as needed;
• Perform documentation, and routine lab system operations; and
• Ensure validity of laboratory data reported.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree;
• At least 3 years of experience in diagnostic/clinical microbiology including bench expertise for microbiology laboratory;
• Broad knowledge of drug therapy techniques;
• Familiarity with pre-analytical variables affecting clinical laboratory testing;
• Thorough knowledge of disease processes and correlation with clinical laboratory data; and
• Good command of both written and spoken of English.
