Medpace has established laboratories in the USA, Europe, Singapore, and China. Our services continue to expand, with the introduction of new laboratory capabilities in all our global locations. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Technologist to join our Medpace Reference Laboratory team in China, Shanghai. This position plays a pivotal role in research based drug development within the pharmaceutical industry. You would have the unique opportunity to work on the laboratory side of the fast paced medical world by conducting tests on blood, urine, tissue and other samples. Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology and Coagulation, and Immunology;
• Perform quality control, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for instruments;
• Participate in development, evaluation, and implementation of new methods and equipment; and
• Ensure validity of laboratory data reported.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree;
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position;
• Basic knowledge of drug therapy techniques and medical terminology; and
• Good command of both written and spoken of English.
