We are currently seeking a Meeting and Events Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is suitable for a hands-on and vibrant sale professional who enjoys leading, mentoring and developing a team. Overseeing and managing the whole client journey; qualifying sales leads, communication, proposals, contracts, event planning & coordination, and post-event follow up.
To be successful in this role you will require extensive experience within the Meeting and Event Sales arena within the hotel sector. You will also require a strong commercial acumen, with experience using Opera and Microsoft Office. Delphi experience would be ideal.
You will need to be energetic and flexible in your approach with strong communication skills and an amazing leadership style that inspires people to work with you in creating special relationships and experiences. The role requires you to be able to quickly establish strong professional relationships with existing and new clients.
