Job Description岗位职责：

l Professionally process outbound sales and/or receive customer service calls 专业地电话呼出和呼入

l Respond to customer questions解答客户疑问

l Resolve customer issues解决客户的问题

l Encourage usage of hotel accommodation and restaurants鼓励客户在酒店住宿和就餐

l Record and verify accurate information on all calls 记录和核实所有电话的准确信息

l Obtain and update customer information获取和更新客户信息

l Obtain possible customer leads获取潜在的客户名单

l Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases数据输入和客户维护/潜在的客户库

l Maintain records of telephonic interactions保留电话记录

l Follow up customer calls where necessary必要时跟进客户电话

l Offer up-sells and cross-sells to callers for reservations and bookings提供向上和交叉销售电话预定

l Positively and respectfully communicate with customers积极地、有礼貌地与客户沟通

l Maintain consistent, reliable attendance standards保持持续、可靠地考核标准

l Maintain company and client confidentiality遵守公司和客户的保密制度

l Multi-task by adjusting from one type of call to another without loss of efficiency, composure, or knowledge多任务处理而不失有效、沉着和专业

l Complete call logs and call reports完成电话记录和电话报告

l Additional tasks may be required to perform as directed by the supervisor or by Senior management. 领导安排得其他任务

Requirement任职要求：

l Fluent Mandarin, English 流利的中英文口语

l Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication清晰、专业、和积极的语言交流

l Possess the ability to work independently具备独立工作的能力

l Possess basic computer skills具备基本的电脑技能

l Must be willing to learn and improve in all skill areas肯学并有意愿提供和方面技能

l Customer service experience in a telemarketing/customer service environment preferred, but not required具有电话销售/客户的工作经验有限考虑

l Possess a university degree本科学历
