Responsibilities:

• Develop Horizon View software.
• Profile and optimize software performance on targeted platform.
• Communicate and coordinate with other VMware R&D organizations and support strategic partners.

Requirements:

Experiences in one or more major application development platforms (Linux, Windows etc).
Experiences in one or more major programming languages like C/C++.
Experiences in one or more software development tools/IDE.
Experiences with network and security is a plus.
Experiences with remote display protocols (RDP, ICA, VNC, etc), highly interactive 2D/3D graphics, or remote device integration is a plus.
Experiences with image/audio/video encode and decode is a plus.
Passion for work, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
BSCS, MSCS or equivalent.
