Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote HKFYG membership through launching online and offline campaigns and activities
• Boost volunteerism through closely engaging volunteers and service opportunity providers online and offline  
• Manage online platforms and websites, i.e. easyvolunteer.hk, easymember.hk and social media
• Analyse data, prepare statistical and evaluation reports
• Handle customer enquiries, logistics and assist administrative tasks requested by supervisors

Entry Requirements

Study Fields：

• Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Media and Communications, Customer Service Management or Equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

• Experience in social media or content-driven marketing business would be a definite advantage
• Experience in planning and leading programmes would be a definite advantage
• Good written, verbal and presentation skills in Chinese and English
• Good computer skills on MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT) and Chinese word processing

Certificate, License and Registration：

• DSE / Higher Diploma or above (Recent graduates are welcome)
