Requirements:
University Graduate
Good Command of English and Chinese
Minimum of 5 years of working experiences in sales and marketing
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and multi-tasking skills
Self Motivated, passionate, responsible and team spirit
Strong leadership skill to develop and motivate team members
Must have experience in developing membership in South China
primary focus on Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan and other areas


Job Descriptions
Develop the Membership development plan and sales strategy
Responsible for meeting the development Goals of the organization
Maintain and improve the relationships with existing and potential members
Identify and handle Development leads effectively and efficiently
Motivate team members and encourage them to deliver their level best.
Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Perform any and all other assignments as directed by the Management
