Job Responsibilities
• Handling general customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners
• Providing excellent customer service to international members
• Nice, patient and cheerful personality
• No Selling is required
Job Requirement
• DSE / HKCEE or above
• At least one year working experience; preferably in customer service field (Part-time/Full-time)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Candidate who is immediately available is highly preferable
