Responsibilities

• Take care the daily operation for the mall’s luxury membership and promotion services including membership registration, points and gifts redemption and other related enquiries
• Build harmonious relationship and maintain high level of operational excellence with members, tenants and visitors
• Support day-to-day promotional activities in the mall
• Perform other administrative duties and assist in ad-hoc marketing tasks when necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or above in hospitality or business-related streams
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shopping mall, customer services or hotel concierge. Experience in top-tier club houses, hotel executive lounges and luxury membership is an advantage
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable to work on shift duty
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.Additional language skill is an asset
• 5-day work on-shift
• Salary up to $17,300- $19,300
