A Lot About You

We are looking for a potential talent to develop membership strategy of E-Commerce platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing membership of the online event to accelerate growth of Yahoo E-Commerce membership and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Driving a strategy for membership and facilitating whole plan effectively

  • Tracking relevant date and performance regularly for preventing members reduction and increase activating members

  • Utilizing data and our products to enhance traffic of online store and turnover effectivity for optimize transformation

  • Communicating and negotiating with other functions in utilizing and integrating various resources

  • Improve and enhance model of operation in innovative way based on observation on user side and data analysis

  • Constantly ensure users have great experience and maximize business revenue

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 + years of experience in E-Commerce fields

  • 2 + years of experience in CRM

  • High standards of data analysis

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with problem solving capability

  • Familiar with an operation of network and E-Commerce

  • Good sense of of business trends and competitive companies in order to react quickly with corresponding plan

  • Understanding how to utilize data deeply and analyze with clear thinking
