• Be responsible for the pushing of the business forward through proposing new ways of working and planning and be the driving force in implementing.
• Responsible for out-source production capacity and operation process to fully use internal-external resources.
• Monitoring the costing and pricing negotiation, maintaining margin of quality products.
• Support the work of Compliance and Quality team.
• Cover product development, communication with buyers and suppliers, manage the whole merchandising process from design, development, sourcing, and production until delivery.
• Being able to manage a local team and influencing key stakeholders.

• Bachelor degree and above. More than 8 years relevant experiences of manufacture and operation, experience in large or well-known clothing brand.
• Did have working experience of team management.
• Knowledge of compliance and sustainability programs
• Rich experience in South American.
• Did know Chinese supplier in garment area.
• Spanish and Portuguese speaker is preferred.
