1. Manage a team of merchandisers to ensure that order execution, factories and suppliers execute the commitments. Monitor factory order fulfillment issues.
2. Lead weekly video calls between customer and supplier base to discuss open topics and resolve any communication or execution challenges.
3. Build/develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers/factories, keeping factory base up-to-date and in line with company’s current and future Global strategies.
