About The Job Responsibilities
1. STCP:
- Prepare initial STCP proposal with Buying at Class month level reflecting DMM/BD Guidelines on:
- Sls qty/Val share
- OMU% / MKD% / OSP
- Stock Qty Val
- Est Value of Markdown lists
- Prepare STCP base for planning workshops.
- Support Planning workshop changes ( History / Input in meeting )
- Prepare 1st upload plan and final Plan based on BD decision.
2. Refresh / Targeting:
- Prepare with buyer proposal reflecting DMM/BD direction.
- Prepare final proposal taking into account DMM input and BD decision.( BSS has “D” for stocks/intake )
- Make analysis summary and keep records of target adjustments for target / refresh meeting preparation
- Ensure BSS timelines adhered to

- Prepare with Buyer proposal reflecting DMM/BD direction.
- Prepare final proposal making into account DMM input and BD decision.

4. Volume driver (will be adjust according to volume driver project)
- Prepare Item planning of styles identified by buying (validated by BSS) on a monthly based
- Confirm with Central Planning qty to be produced
- Align with buying qty to be placed per size per month.
- Review potential new styles from bestsellers
- Highlight to buyer when sales are reducing to end program in a controlled way.
- Deliver weekly Item Planning analysis report to track performance
- Ensure BSS timelines adhered to
5. Accelerators
- Prepare simulation of Accelerators as defined by buying (DMM/BD)
- Performance analysis
- Prepare Packs for CDM / FBR
- Set up packs reflecting the size bowl / order configuration.
- Ensure BSS timelines adhered to.
- Adjust Packs based on DMM/BD input.
- Prepare final Pack for meetings with final version including at month level.
- Option size
- Share of fashion level
- Number of packs
- Intake Qty / Val
- ECR%
- Review bestsellers weekly
- Highlight to DMM deviations to target using the collection placing summary weekly
- Highlight to DMM deviations from significant detrimental plan
7. Order Configuration / Size Bowls
- Use central prepare markdown data (mkd by sku by region) to adjust size bowl template for order writing once per season.
- Validate option size to reflect the strategic depth vs width once per season prior to Long Lead order writing.
8. Season Review
- Prepare the quantative data pack for qualitative buying input at end of season ( wk 1-26 / 27-52)
- Give objective analysis on lessons learnt.
9. Analysis
- Provide core analysis covering basics, accelerators, windows, tables, jeans/chino wall (where appropriate), using the promotion number entered by buying at order writing.
- Weekly work with DMMs review performance and OTB, proactively in terms of giving suggestions and spotting issues, including but not limited to point out super-underperforming items and suggest the potential follow ups
- ad hoc analysis.
10. Assortment Planning
- Create code planning for main classes with buying (Outerwear, T-Shirts, Shorts)
- Other attribute analysis (color, size, price point, etc..) according to divisions’ requirements
任职资格:
About The People Requirements
? Degree level (degree in numerical, statistical or analytical field and advantage)
? 4-5 years’ experience working in planning or retail business ( exposure to western cultures an advantage )
? Good analytical and numerical skills
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Excellent Computer skills
