JOB PURPOSE
To handle the bulk order follow up, co-operate with Hong Kong team to work with vendors and US office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage Order priority shipment
? Testing
Follow up on testing update record.
? Order placing :
? Shipment :
2. Post shipment responsibility
? Documents :
Chasing and checking the documents.
? System updating :
Update the shipment system after shipment.
? Working with US team for the bulk order shortage and overage approval.
3. Clerical support
JOB REQUIREMENT
Skills:
？？University graduate or equivalent？
？？Experience in Garment & Textile Merchandising /Production
？？Fair understanding of garment construction
？？Fair Understanding of garment manufacturing procedures
？？Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
？？Proficient IT skills, including: Use of Merchandising Systems, Word, and PowerPoint MS Excel
？？Knowledge of Quality Control systems.

- Working with US team for order placing with vendor.
- Working on minimum, surcharge issue with US office, HK team and vendors.
? Shipment :
- Working on Air/Sea shipment with US team and Vendors.
- Vessel booking confirmation with forwarders.
- Follow up on the ISF with vendors and forwarder.
2. Post shipment responsibility
? Documents :
Chasing and checking the documents.
? System updating :
Update the shipment system after shipment.
? Working with US team for the bulk order shortage and overage approval.
