岗位职责:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Merchandise follow up:

1. Sample follow-up: execute sample development (from first sample to full color sample) according to buying requirements

2. Approval follow-up: follow the approval process of bulk fabrics, trims, fitting, etc.

3. Order follow-up: follow the entire process from order placing to production delivered to ensure on-time delivery

4. After GR follow-up: including allocation checking, supplier payment(manual), store claim

Order writing & maintenance:

1. Place orders into SAP according to CP

2. Maintain PAD/SAD changes through intranet workflow

In-team communication:

1. Communicate with designers on sample development issues

2. Communicate with buyers on merchandise follow-up

3. Communicate with technician on technical fitting comments

4. Attend internal team meetings, i.e., best-seller/slow-mover, CDM (or CDM follow-up)/FBR (or FBR follow-up), weekly team meeting, etc.

QAD process & follow up:

1. Inspection booking

2. SCOTA preparation

3. Testing preparation

4. Inspection & testing result follow up

5. In house garment washing preparation & follow up

Parcel handling:

1. Pack, mail, receive, unpack parcels and distribute contents

Sample management:

1. Original sample & PP sample management

2. Marketing sample follow-up and management

3. Stock room management (2-4 times/year clean-up)

Fitting session:

1. 1.Attend the fitting session and record the commercial comments;(the level of involvement will differ among merchandiser/Jr. merchandiser/asst. merchandiser)

2. Work with the technician to make sure the fitting comments are sent to supplier timely

CP maintenance:

1. Maintain CP data after order placement

Market research support:

1. Support competitor visit & SWOT analysis

BW report preparation & checking:

1. Generate BW report from the system

Price negotiation:

1. Support price negotiation with supplier

任职资格:

Qualifications:

College degree or above

At least 2-3 years relative working experience

Team-player and self-motivated

Good in English and Mandarin

Familiar with Computer skills
