所需的资格

3年以上项目/或全球商品管理经验

有降低成本和谈判技巧的经验。

Duties & Responsibilities:

Developing commodity strategies and driving early supplier engagement in new production introduction.

Cost management activities including negotiating key component pricing and liability reductions, establishing standard costs, and benchmarking industry standards.

Sourcing activities including driving supplier selection process, developing sourcing strategies to ensure flexibility and supply assurance, and performing supplier financial, capacity and technology analysis.

Identify key/strategic supplier and manage supply contracts and agreements, lead supplier certification, risk mitigation and consolidation programs.

Ability to create a team environment and provide leadership. Expect to work closely with other cross-functional teams on developing strategic and low cost suppliers.

Travel required.

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience in project and/or global commodity management

Demonstrated experience in driving cost reductions and strong negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal oriented, task driven team player.

Proven project management experience.

Hands on experiences leading, coaching, and executing quality improvement processes.

Strategic and analytic problem solving skills. Strong leadership and team building skills.

Specific product & technology knowledge for range of commodities, especially in EE,ME components.

Must have technical knowledge of all business related activities associated with supplier management.

Professional with excellent oral and written communication skills.
