Qualifications:

l At least 3 year experiences of Export business,Home Decoration & Christmas products : Ceramic, Glass, Plastic, Candles, Wood, Textile...etc.

l Having experience in dealing with both factories and foreign clients (Buyers).

l Excellent Negotiation and Sourcing skills as well as Problem Solving skill.

l Good Attitude and able to work under Pressure. Team Spirit minded.

l Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Merchandiser Responsibilities:

l Manage overall merchandising process to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

l Communicate daily with Foreign clients and local factories via e-mails and phone calls.

l Follow up factory for Development samples, Sample delivery, Inspection schedule, Production status, Shipment delivery and report to clients.

l Coordinate with QC to arrange Inspection and explain product Specification.

l Check and do Inspection report after QC finish inspection and send to clients.

l Negotiate for the best prices or other issues with factories upon client’s requirement.

l Organizing client trip and accompany clients to visit factories.

l Sourcing new products, good factories upon client’s requirement.

l Good support team task, Coordinate with factories, Document supports etc.

l Administration job or other task asign by manager, such as booking hotel, ticket, and doing something office equipment Management.
