Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suitable F & B products which matched with Company's style and China importation
• Follow up and issue purchase orders
• Perform daily settlement duties including arrange delivery schedule, accounting work, data entry, filing etc
• Ensure sufficient stocks for the operation of China market
• Day trip to China occasionally is required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English, Putonghua
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry will be a definite advantage
• Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure and with flexibility
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook
• Immediate available is preferred
