Job description

• Report to Merchandising Manager & Management
• Product sourcing: white goods / food / home appliance / machinery / paper / sundries 
• Participate in costing, price negotiation and comparison of different source options
• Conduct factory audit and evaluate new suppliers
• Work closely with Shipping Department for shipment planning
• Co-ordinate with QC on quality related matters to ensure the quality of the products meets with customers’ specifications
• Document processing for both vendors and customers
• Any ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirement

• Diploma or above
• 4-5 years working experience in sourcing or merchandising field
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin in oral and written.
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese WP)
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, committed and a good team player
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Occassion travel to Mainland China or overseas
