The merchandiser provides clerical and administrative support in the sourcing, sampling, ordering, quality auditing and shipping of products. Manage sourcing office administration and order management.

Responsibilities:

• Document high level product and packaging briefs from information provided by the buying team
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers and souring team members to assist in planning itineraries for buyer’s trips to meet with suppliers
• Data enter information required to register products into the SAP system
• create purchase orders in SAP adhering to the critical time path or business rules
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm statues of deliveries and communicate any variance to delivery dates to the sourcing manager and buying team
• Manager dispatching and receiving of samples

Accountabilities

• Provide clerical and administrative supporting managing the sourcing critical time path
• Maintain testing certificates log report by ensuring reports for products that have mandatory standards are up to date and on file
• Generate & manage inspection and factory audit schedules
• Register articles in SAP system
• Create purchase orders ad forward them to vendors in accordance with the critical time path

8、 安排供应商验货及验厂相关事宜

任职要求：

1、3年左右的文具工艺品相关经验，熟悉跟单流程

2、工作认真负责，勤快，良好的工作态度

3、英语良好，能熟练使用英文邮件进日常工作沟通，口语良好者佳
