Job Responsibility:

• Assist the PLM (Product Line Manager) in the research of new products and suppliers
• Contacts with the suppliers, looking for new supplier, products
• Follow up of the client's requests, supplier's quotations, samples and orders
• Input information in software
• Organize the files in collaboration with the PLM
• Knowledge of manufacturing constraints, standards and regulations applied to products
• Respect and ensure the deadlines (offers, shipments of samples, boarding)
• Supervise the team quality file according to the technical file from client
• Follow the shipment board and fill in
• Check the export document for the department
• Maintain good customer and supplier relationships
• Defending the interests of society and convey the image of the business through his work, his actions and behavior
• Be present as needed during visits to suppliers and at fairs
• Perform quality control of products (upon request of the PLM or direction)
• QC in others Chinese city
• Prepare the samples and show room (labeling, implementation)
• AI and photoshop task and other task required by manager

Terms of contract:

• This position need full time person.
• Working time: Monday to Friday.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 year solid sourcing and merchandising experience in foreign buying offices or trading firms；
• Proficiency in Photoshop and AI, full clearly know the process of export trading;
• Fluency in written, spoken & listening English. (French language will be appreciated too)；
• Hard working, able to work under pressure, positive, determined and available, clever;
• Knowledge for the following market will be appreciated: Garden, Pets and Christmas item.
